Sunday BLOG, Small Things...

We did some cleaning and decorating...
In preperation for autumn and, of course, halloween. Which means a trip into the attic for Eve; the great explorer. She loves to climb up there and help bring down the decorations for every new season or reason.
Grampa' was the safety man and muscle.
We got all the stuff unpacked... ...And Eve had a great time with all of the cool items from the mysterious and exciting attic at Granny and Grampa's house. And with a six year old decorator you can always be sure of using pretty much everything you have. Including a song; Made up on the spot, by Eve.
And later that day...
The kids had a halloween party at church, complete with a "trunk-or-treat". And while there were no rein-does spotted at the party, there was one elf... And a visit from "The King"... So, until next time.
Thank you! Thank you very much...

Looks like fun. Katie and Bryan's Trunk-n-treat was the first I've ever attended. it was a lot of fun and I wouldn't mind going to another. You guys are so lucky to be so close to the GRANDkids....I'll just have to rack up the miles with American Airlines over the next couple of years!!!!

Talk to you soon.
Love ya!!
